Management Profiles

Allan Dow – President
Allan serves as president of Logility and CEO and President of American Software. With a keen focus on customer success, Allan is known for helping customers deploy Logility solutions quickly to increase revenues and reduce costs while improving product availability and customer service. Allan brings more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning, sales development, implementation services, and product innovation to streamline, accelerate and optimize supply chain and retail planning enterprises. Since joining Logility in 2000, Allan has been instrumental in shaping the company’s overall strategy development, including the transition to SaaS deployments and innovative cloud services. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine.


Tricia Brenn – Executive Vice President Talent
Tricia serves as the EVP of Talent at Logility, Prior to joining Logility, Tricia held leadership roles with several global organizations (Honeywell, RGP, Iron Mountain and Coca-Cola). Tricia is an innovative and insightful leader of global talent solutions; recognized for building trust and collaboration while delivering results. Known for delivering talent solutions which are scalable, actionable, and pragmatic, Tricia has deep experience in assessing talent needs (strengths and gaps) to support a growth business. She is a certified Executive Coach and received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Science in Management from Walsh College.


Keith Charron – Chief Operating Officer Keith serves as Chief Operating Officer of Logility. Through Keith’s leadership of global sales, services, support and centers of excellence, Logility’s Prescriptive DNA is delivering over $10B of client business value on an annual basis.   Prior to joining American Software, Keith served as Chief Sales Officer at Syncron providing leadership and strategic direction for their global commercial organization. Prior to that, Keith led worldwide sales and operations for ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE, part of Dassault Systèmes. Keith received a bachelor’s degree in engineering and master’s degree in business from Michigan State University. He served on the Board of Directors for MSU Broad Business School EMBA Alumni, and is the founder of 100 MEN CLUB, a philanthropic organization helping underserved children and families around southeast Michigan.


Mark Grant – General Counsel
As a seasoned lawyer and leader who thrives with dynamic technology businesses that make a difference for their clients; Mark serves as General Counsel for Logility. Prior to joining Logility, Mark was Vice President and General Counsel for Patientco; spent 11 years with Fiserv; was Senior Counsel with EarthLink; and began his career with Morris, Manning & Martin practicing exclusively in the technology group. Mark is active in the scouting community, serving as Scoutmaster in the Atlanta Area Council; and as the Committee Chain for Boy Scout Troop 477, Atlanta Area Council. Mark received his M.A. in Communication from Wake Forest University and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law.


Bill Harrison – Executive Vice President of Global Strategy & Operations
Bill serves Logility as the EVP of Global Strategy & Operations. His career in supply chain operations began over 25 years ago on the loading dock of a TrueValue warehouse. Bill spent over 17 years with True Value Company where he held a number of management positions and personally designed and implemented a market-leading Replenishment Optimization System. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of Atrion/ClearCross, a global trading software corporation where he was instrumental in redefining the company’s product strategy, increasing sales, rationalizing costs and driving profitability. He joined Logility in 2006 after holding leadership positions at Manugistics and American Software. Bill graduated from The University of Missouri.


Marti Kirsch – Executive Vice President, Marketing
Marti serves as EVP of Marketing at Logility. Her career in Marketing for technology-based solutions spanned across ARIS Corporation, Tectura, E-Markets, Cultura Technologies and Demand Management before joining Logility. Marti held a number of management positions leading global marketing and designing and implementing programs to eliminate silo’d operations and lack of clear job responsibilities and objectives. Her experience crosses all elements of marketing including lead generation, marketing operations, brand message development and more. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University.


Vincent Klinges – Chief Financial Officer
Vincent Klinges, Chief Financial Officer, joined the Company in February, 1998 as Vice President of Finance and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in September 1999. From July 1995 to February 1998, Mr. Klinges was employed by Indus International, Inc. (formerly known as TSW International, Inc.), as Controller. From November 1986 to July 1995, Mr. Klinges held various positions with Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. including Controller of Sales Technologies, a software division of Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. Mr. Klinges holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.


Kevin McInturff – Chief Technology Officer
Kevin serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Logility. Before joining Logility, Kevin’s career included management positions at Deluxe Corporation, BitPay, PrimeRevenue, Global Payments, and more. He has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software leadership, including time spent in startups and large enterprises.  He’s passionate about people, solving valuable market problems, and technology. Kevin has his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Masters of Science Degree in Management of Technology from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.
