Business Consultant - Sales

Logility has a sales opportunity available in our organization for a solution consultant who

  • Works closely with customers, prospects and internal sales teams
  • Engages resources from within the sales team and other internal resources to assemble competitive solution presentations and demonstrations
  • Employs a consultative selling approach including operational surveys, consultative discussions and presentations to achieve quantifiable results tailored to the customer's business

Requirements:
  • Education: University degree or equivalent work experience

Experience:
  • 5+ years experience in software solution sales for Supply Chain Management
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets over multiple years
  • Stable work history

Skills:
  • High energy
  • Results driven
  • Excellent presentation and both written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel & customers
  • Team oriented selling approach
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Well defined survey and sales strategy process

Tactical Responsibilities:
  • Ability to survey, comprehend and assess supply chain opportunities
  • Effectively formulate a compelling presentation and demonstration strategy
  • Effective presentation delivery style
  • Provide pre-sales support and assist in the development of business proposals including RFI/RFP responses
  • Provide subject matter and technical guidance

We are seeking experienced business and Supply Chain software implementers to assist our worldwide customer base in the Education, Business Solution Design, and Management of their implementation efforts.

Requirements include:
  • Hands on knowledge of Supply Chain software
  • Practical business experience solving supply chain problems
  • Experience with Microsoft Professional tools
  • Understanding of Project Life Cycle methodology
  • Ability to Travel
  • Minimum of 5 years business experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience working in environments using Oracle, Windows / NT, Windows / 2000+, SQL, IBM iSeries a plus
