Mr. Dow serves as president of Logility, the largest subsidiary and growth engine within the American Software portfolio of companies. With a keen focus on customer success, Mr. Dow is known for helping customers deploy Logility Voyager Solutions quickly to increase revenues and reduce costs while improving product availability and customer service. Mr. Dow brings more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning, sales development, implementation services, and product innovation to streamline, accelerate and optimize supply chain and retail planning enterprises. After joining Logility in 2000, Mr. Dow has been instrumental in shaping the company’s overall strategy development including the transition to delivering a higher mix of SaaS deployments and innovative cloud services. Mr. Dow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine.
Mark A. Balte

Executive Vice President of Research and Development
 
As Executive Vice President of Research and Development, Mr. Balte is responsible for all product development and technology strategies for the Logility Voyager Solutions™ suite. His leadership and creativity are crucial to driving innovation in Logility’s cloud strategy, product architecture, advanced analytics, and mobility. Mr. Balte has more than 30 years of experience in development, implementation and support of supply chain software solutions. Prior to leading the research and development organization, Mr. Balte helped customers configure and deploy Logility Voyager Solutions. Mr. Balte holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of the South (Sewanee) and a Master of Science degree in Operations Research from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a frequent guest lecturer for the supply chain management graduate program at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Karin L. Bursa

Ms. Bursa oversees Logility's market positioning, strategy development, solutions marketing, media relations, lead generation, business development, and branding. Ms. Bursa has more than 25 years of experience in the development, support and marketing of software solutions to accelerate and streamline enterprise-wide operations including supply chain management, retail planning, manufacturing, financial, field service, and asset management. She began her career as a consultant for Accenture where she focused on the manufacturing and telecommunications industries. Ms. Bursa speaks frequently at industry conferences and has been at the forefront of innovative demand-driven supply chain, manufacturing, and B2B collaboration initiatives such as the Voluntary Interindustry Commerce Standard (VICS); Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) guidelines; and Flow Manufacturing. She is a graduate of Auburn University and is an influential member of key industry organizations including VICS, CSCMP and APICS. Recognized for her leadership and achievements at Logility, Ms. Bursa was named the 2009 Technology Marketing Executive of the Year by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).
Geoffrey W. Cobleigh

Geoffrey W. Cobleigh

Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas

Mr. Cobleigh joined Logility in October 2003 and currently serves as the senior vice president of sales for the Americas. He is responsible for overseeing sales of software and services while building strong customer relationships in the Americas region. Mr. Cobleigh has held numerous roles at Logility, initially as an account manager, promoted to regional manager in 2006 and then to regional vice president in 2012. Since joining Logility, Mr. Cobleigh has been a leading contributor to Logility’s growth by providing supply chain solutions to companies across numerous industries. His professional career includes greater than 25 years of experience in software sales with a focus in supply chain management. Prior to joining Logility, Mr. Cobleigh worked in the sales organizations of i2 Technologies and Oracle Corporation. Mr. Cobleigh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Texas.
Jonathan Jackman

Jonathan Jackman

Vice President, EMEA and APAC

Mr. Jackman joined Logility in August 2009 and currently serves as the vice president of EMEA and APAC. He is responsible for the growth of Logility sales and services across both regions. Mr. Jackman started his career in industry, gaining valuable supply chain experience at both Premier Foods and Schneider Electric. Prior to Logility, Mr. Jackman held various management roles with HighJump Software and Kurt Salmon. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Staffordshire University and completed the Leadership Development Programme at the London School of Business.

Vincent Klinges

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Klinges is responsible for all investor relations, finance, accounting, and human resource activities for the organization. Mr. Klinges joined American Software in February 1998, as vice president of finance and in September 1999 was promoted to chief financial officer for both Logility and American Software. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Klinges was the Controller for Indus International, Inc. (formerly known as TSW International). Prior to that, Mr. Klinges held various positions with Dun & Bradstreet, Inc., including Controller of Sales Technologies, a software division of Dun & Bradstreet Inc. Mr. Klinges holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.
Donald L. Thomas

Executive Vice President of Customer Service

Mr. Thomas has lead the Logility customer service team since January 1997 and is responsible for the company’s cloud services, managed services, customer support, and technical services. Mr. Thomas has more than 35 years of experience in development, implementation and support of supply chain solutions and is known for his ability to simplify and resolve technical challenges while positioning customers for success with Logility Voyager Solutions. Prior to joining Logility, Mr. Thomas held several key positions within American Software including division vice president of manufacturing systems. Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from Auburn University.
Ed Thompson

Ed Thompson

Executive Vice President of Global Services
 
Mr. Thompson is responsible for the implementation services of Logility Voyager Solutions™. In this role, he ensures Logility's customers receive the highest level of service, and helps maintain the company's industry leading rapid deployment and accelerated ROI methodologies. Previous to Logility, Mr. Thompson has held a combination of industry roles in IT and operations, including IT systems management for retail and distribution at Sara Lee Direct (now Hanesbrands, Inc.), and as part of the start-up team for the Hanes Her Way footwear business. His consulting background includes management consulting services with PricewaterhouseCoopers and as vice president of consumer goods and retail at i2 Technologies. Mr. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from Florida International University, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Sean Willems, Ph.D

Logility Chief Scientist Dr. Willems pioneered the science of multi-echelon inventory optimization (MEIO) and is a highly regarded supply chain visionary. His work with companies including Hewlett Packard and Procter & Gamble led to prestigious finalist selections for the 2003 and 2010 Franz Edelman Award for Achievement in Operations Research and the Management Sciences. He’s a four-time finalist and the 2008 winner of the Daniel H. Wagner Prize for Excellence in Operations Research Practice. Dr. Willems serves as the Haslam Chair in Supply Chain Analytics and is a Professor of Business Analytics and Statistics at the University of Tennessee. He also holds editorial board responsibilities for the analytics journals, Interfaces and Production and Operations Management.
