Product Marketing Director
Logility, Inc., is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Director. As an integral part of the marketing team, the Product Marketing Director will assist in promoting products to the marketplace through the creation and delivery of product positioning materials, programs, sales tools, collateral and training activities. The Product Marketing Director will work closely with development and the sales organization during new product launch phase to help achieve early launch success.
Responsibilities
- Work on external promotions for the products – from creation of the promotion through to roll-out to the customer base, sales force or prospect base.
- Contribute in creation, positioning & coordination of thought leadership content for promotional activities to drive lead generation programs.
- Drive the delivery of sales tools including product presentations, brochures, datasheets, white papers, positioning documents and web site content.

- Maintain and enhance the Windows components of the Voyager MP product.

Implementation Managers - Optimization Solutions (EMEA and US)
Logility is searching for Implementation Managers - Optimization Solutions for our Global Implementation Services group.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze customer supply chain improvement, design, or re-design requirements and propose Logility solutions.
- Evaluate customer challenges dealing with a range of supply chain issues including sourcing, supply planning, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and inventory planning and recommend a course of action for implementing initiatives based on their unique business environment.
- Consult with customers on best practices in constraint-based planning/optimization and advise them on their specific challenges.
- Ensure clear understanding of customer requirements and manage customer expectations.
- Lead projects to implement and apply Logility constraint-based solutions to address customer’s challenges and integrate it with their processes and systems

Implementation Managers/Supply Chain Consultants - Inventory Optimization (US)
Logility is searching for Implementation Managers/Consultants in the field of Inventory optimization for our Global Implementation Services group. This role is responsible for guiding new customers and new users in development of implementation plans and the subsequent successful execution of those plans to incorporate our software products in their business processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with customer supply chain executives in analyzing supply chain improvement, design, or re-design requirements based upon Logility Inventory Optimization solutions.
- Clearly define quantitative and measurable returns through data modeling and application of Logility Inventory Optimization technology.
- Address and apply system and process changes to enable integration of Logility Inventory Optimization technology into customer’s technical and business solutions.
- Evaluate customer challenges dealing with a range of supply chain issues including sourcing, supply planning, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and inventory planning and recommend a course of action for implementing initiatives based on their unique business environment.
- Lead customers on best practices in inventory management/optimization and recommend a course of action to the customer’s executive supply chain team in process improvement.

Logility is searching for Solution Architects for our Global Implementation Services group.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assists Project Managers in planning efforts including detailed project plan task detail (work breakdown structure) based on the specific phase/need of the project.
- Communicates and/or supports the business cases to Product R&D regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements.
- Facilitates/leads business diagnostics, process analysis and/or design workshops to help flush out as-is and desired to-be solution state and ultimately writes a solution design document to support business requirements.
- Leads the writing of functional specifications during the design phase of the project that supports the documented solution design and is within the scope of solution capabilties.
- Develops functional business process test scripts (step by step instructional how to do) which outline new or updated end user functional processes supported by the solution design which may include standard application functionality, customized modifications, data interfaces, reports/layouts, etc. Prepares for and conducts customized end user training workshops to support application training content.

- Recognizes and highlights incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers / projects.
- Serves as a functional liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Logility project team, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors.
- Understands how the Logility solutions can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes (ensuring ability to design, execute, and deliver).
- Setup and coordinate user acceptance testing efforts which will support final acceptance and critical phase sign-off by the business owners.
- Follows up on cases opened up with Logility Support Services to help in resolving defects for the customer.
- Provides non-technical end user support during the 'go-live' and post go live period.
- Ensures knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team / end users to maximize customer’s on their own success after Logility’s project roll-off.
- Communicate project risks that may have a negative impact on the project schedule, scope or budget
- Escalate project issues which surface and cannot be quickly resolved which will have an impact on the project schedule, scope or budget.
- Completes assigned and agreed to work within allotted time and with a high level of quality.
- Conducts oneself in a professional manner at all times with Logility customers and internal associates.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in forecasting, inventory planning, manufacturing planning, replenishment planning, supply planning and/or transportation planning or as a consultant providing broadly based supply chain planning solutions for customers
- 3+ years of specific experience working with major supply chain applicaitons as either a customer or as a consultant implementing supply chain solutions for customers. Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Manugistics, i2, JDA, Oracle, SAP, Demantra or leading supply chain planning solutions will be considered (experience with Logility Voyager applications is highly desirable)
- Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, inventory optimization concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required
- Relevant industry certification from APICS, IBF, INFORM will be a plus
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Operations Research preferred. A combination of Bachelors degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree
- Current or prior experience working in Management Consulting organization or Supply Chain Center or Excellence settings preferred
- Stong skills in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Powerpoint), Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio.
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required

Logility is searching for Supply Chain Project Managers for our Global Implementation Services group.
Primary Responsibilities
- Leads project team in the resolution of customer project issues, escalating to appropriate parties as needed
- Collaborates with appropriate Logility resources on customer's business, organization and culture to strengthen their credibility as trusted advisors
- Helps validate and produce appropriate baseline project plans and templates
- Assists in generating Statement of Work and customer proposal documents
- Works with appropriate parties to plan project resource requirements

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning and Life Cycle Planning support incidents
- Own incidents relating to Manufacturing Planning, Supply Planning, databases, environmental and installation incidents while working with other internal resources toward resolution
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and WebEx
- Record and update incidents in Magic by documenting problems, resolutions, recreation steps, priority, and status changes
- Answer customer functional and technical question
- Keep customer informed of status of issues and what to expect in terms of resolution
- Perform analysis and research to answer customer questions
- Resolve and close problems not requiring code changes

Position Requirements:
