• Responsible for Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning and  Life Cycle Planning support incidents
• Own incidents relating to Manufacturing Planning, Supply Planning, databases, environmental and installation incidents while working  with other internal resources toward resolution
• Interact with customers via phone, email, and WebEx
• Record and update incidents in Magic by documenting problems, resolutions, recreation steps, priority, and status changes
• Answer customer functional and technical question  
• Keep customer informed of status of issues and what to expect in terms of resolution
• Perform analysis and research to answer customer questions
• Resolve and close problems not requiring code changes
• Troubleshoot suspected software defects and environmental issues
• Recreate suspected software defects
• QA enhancements, defect fixes, and service packs
• Be a team player at all times
• Special projects as requested

• BS/MS degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 2+ years experience working with Supply Chain optimization software
• Logility product expertise is a strong plus
• Understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics concepts
• Strong software trouble shooting skills
• Understanding of software development tools and testing methodologies
• Proficiency with SQL tools/query languages, especially Oracle and SQL Server
• Self-motivated, industrious and has the ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people and manage customer expectations
