Lead Generation Program Manager (Atlanta, GA)
The Lead Management Program is critical to Logility’s revenue generation process. The Lead Generation Program Manager will manage and execute this process by driving the following initiatives:

Salesforce.com Administration
  • Responsible for security controls and hierarchy settings
  • Responsible for report creation and rules
  • Import of data with both Data Wizard and Data Loader tools

Goals and responsibilities:

Product Marketing Director
The Product Marketing Director is an integral part of the Logility marketing team and assists in promoting products to the marketplace through the creation and delivery of product positioning materials, programs, sales tools, collateral and training activities. The Product Marketing Director will work closely with development and the sales organization during new product launch phase to help achieve early launch success.

Responsibilities
  • Work on external promotions for the products – from creation of the promotion through to roll-out to the customer base, sales force or prospect base.
  • Develop presentation materials and speak at industry conferences and meetings (tradeshows, Connections customer meeting, industry analyst briefings…) promoting Logility Voyager Solutions to broad audiences as well as smaller focused meetings.
  • Advise, coach and prepare guest speakers in preparation for joint or independent speaking engagements on behalf of Logility.
  • Contribute in creation, positioning & coordination of thought leadership content for promotional activities to drive lead generation programs.
  • Drive the delivery of sales tools including product presentations, brochures, datasheets, white papers, positioning documents and website content.

  • Evaluate market data to develop target market analysis and strategy by solution group, industry, geography, technology platform, etc. to support sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Create and monitor the marketing launch plan to ensure delivery is on schedule and coordinated with work across functional areas to produce the necessary deliverables.
  • Create, review and edit marketing materials for alignment with current positioning and most recent product capabilities. Assist in content and delivery of ongoing sales training activities.
  • Understand and document product requirements through surveys or direct contact with customers, prospect base, industry analysts and competitors.
  • Gather, understand and monitor the competitive landscape and general industry information and communicate related news and positioning to the sales organization.
Education, Experience, and Other Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Requires a minimum 8 – 10 years of related experience
  • Background in the software industry is required
  • Supply chain management expertise is required
  • Experience working with Logility Voyager Solutions is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Strong presentation development and delivery skills are required

This role consists of providing these Production Services based out of our Atlanta offices. The position will require some work outside of normal business hours and limited travel.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor batch processes and investigate/resolve related incidents
  • Monitor log files, system activity, and performance to ensure system stability
  • Perform system administration such as security, view maintenance, changes to batch processing / schedule
  • Service ad hoc user requests such as custom SQL, reports, extracts, imports, reconciliation, etc.
  • Field and manage requests for enhancements, suspected defects, environmental issues, questions, and integration issues
  • Liaise with Logility Customer Support to resolve incidents
  • Assist in testing software changes in clients’ environments
  • Conduct change controls including installation of service packs, hot fixes, and custom modifications
  • Support business changes including implementing new markets/stores/product lines in Logility, phasing out markets/stores/product lines, etc.
Position Requirements:
  • Experience with Logility suite of products
  • Knowledge of Logility architecture
  • Structured Query Language (“SQL”)
  • Knowledge of Windows technologies, networking, security, IIS, etc.
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Experience in a production support role
