Since the start of the project, Tillamook has achieved impressive results including a 25 point increase in forecast accuracy, up to 99 percent fill rate and up to a 75 percent decrease in finished goods inventory for cheeses. This enhanced level of visibility allows Tillamook to identify new or expanded distribution opportunities and quickly take advantage of them. In addition, the team is better able to turn multiple sources of information into actionable insights that drive the company’s sales and planning activities.
