Maegan joined Ashley fourteen years ago as a Replacement Part Customer Service Representative. In her current role, Maegan leads teams responsible for demand forecasts and inventory guiding them toward company goals and execution. In 2015, she participated in the upgrade to Logility 8.5 and recently played an integral part in the validation and implementation of Inventory Optimization. A certified Achieve Global facilitator she helps educate many departments within the company on customer service and leadership techniques and strategy.

Jenny joined the Ashley team sixteen years ago and has spent the majority of the time managing the team that drives global inventory planning, replenishment processes as well as capacity planning. She led the team that implemented the Logility Voyager Demand Planning, Inventory Planning and Supply Planning 8.5 upgrade in 2015 and most recently the launch of Inventory Optimization in 2016.

Karin Bursa has more than 25 years of experience in the development, support and marketing of software solutions to accelerate and streamline enterprise-wide operations including supply chain management, retail planning, manufacturing, sales and operations planning, and financial management. She oversees Logility's strategy, marketing and branding, and speaks frequently at industry conferences and events. She is an engaged member of APICS and CSCMP.
