  • S&OP Drives Inventory Optimization and Rapid ROI at J.R. Simplot. Brian Van Ausdle, Director of Business Systems, at The J.R. Simplot Company will describe how they transformed their business by changing its culture, practices, and tools. In doing so he will expand on the key elements to a successful S&OP implementation and the tools required to drive results. Attendees will also learn about how J.R. Simplot plans to leverage inventory optimization to synchronize demand and supply planning and take its sales and operations planning (S&OP) process to the next level. The case study session will be co–presented by Ed Thompson, senior vice president of global services at Logility and will take place Tuesday, October 22 at 1:30 pm MDT in room #502.
