    The dramatic spread of COVID-19 has disrupted lives, livelihoods, communities and businesses worldwide and created supply chain heroes across the globe.

    From suits to PPE gowns and masks, from baby wipes to disinfectant wipes, from food service to grocery to food & beverages manufacturers, companies around the world are stepping up to contribute and serve where they can.

    In this post, we share a few supply chain hero stories about Logility customers who have focused their talent and resources to find innovative ways to support healthcare and other essential workers. These companies have found ways to help those impacted directly by the virus and the tens of millions who are working from home and maintaining their social distance to help flatten the curve.     Brooks Brothers converted its New York, North Carolina and Massachusetts factories from manufacturing ties, shirts and suits to making masks and gowns.

    Canada Goose shifted production from down jackets to scrubs and patient gowns for frontline healthcare workers and patients.

    Coca-Cola donated materials and collaborated with Georgia Tech to make surgical masks for healthcare workers.

    MLB and Fanatics quickly shifted production from jerseys to masks and gowns for those on the front lines.

    HanesBrands quickly developed the ability to produce face masks and donated them to hospitals.

    Home Depot

    Home Depot executed a “Stop-Sale” on all N95 masks in stores and HomeDepot.com and redirected its shipments to hospitals, healthcare providers and first responders around the United States.

    Intertape Polymer Group

    Intertape Polymer Group (IPG) collaborated with Stanfield’s of Truro, Nova Scotia to produce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) medical clothing for those on the front lines.

    Reactivated dormant factory assets to produce and donate critically needed personal protective equipment, including isolation gowns, in the fight against COVID-19.

    Rituals honors Holland’s “brave” hospital workers with a gift of 200,000 goodie bags packed by volunteers at its Central Amsterdam headquarters.

    Thermo Fisher developed the second commercially available test kit for COVID-19.

    Under Armour volunteers to make protective gear for Maryland hospitals.
