For External Collaboration, the course follows the 9-Step, CPFR methodology suggested by the VICS Committee. The course not only focuses on system setup, but also addresses the best ways to enter into negotiations with your partners. For Internal Collaboration, we will guide you through the entire setup process, including reconciliation of forecasts in the pyramid. Hands on exercises will allow you to create a partnership.
