Solution

Boston Scientific implemented Logility Voyager Inventory Optimization and optimized batching and review periods across the multi-tier distribution network, calculated appropriate targets for high-volume vs. low-volume/intermittent demand SKUs, and transitioned the organization from monthly demand data to daily demand and variability data. Inventory targets were fully automated and integrated with the ERP system.
